SYNOPSIS :

The rapid “more than required” pace that urbanization has acquired is a result of multiple factors like globalization and liberalization. We have witnessed and experienced the extremely quick growth of cities within a span of just 6-7 years; something that had not happened in the past 50 years. “VISHAAKE” is an attempt at having an introspective look at the different aspects of this kind of city-centric living; a kind of living that is giving rise to “I, me, and myself” based self-centered micro families. An “earning more than required” class has come up which looks for happiness & peace in money and materialistic comforts. The needs, necessities & greed of this class have become the capital of ever growing business centers. In the midst of all this, there remains a “middle class” that tries to make life beautiful by appreciating and enjoying the little pleasures of life. “ViShaKe” is a beautiful collage of all these aspects of urban life. It is an attempt to bind this strong subject through images in an entertaining and satirical fashion.
